| Gift certificates expire 1 year after they are issued.

| What if my order total is less than the value
of my gift certificate? |
| If you don't use your entire balance we'll save
the remaining balance so you can use it towards future
purchases. MyDogandMe.com
will keep your gift certificate valid until your gift
certificate expires on the expiration date issued.

| What if my order total is more than the value
of my gift certificate? |
| If your order total exceeds your gift certificate
balance, then you will be prompted for credit card
information to pay the difference. |
| Can I exchange my gift certificate for cash? |
| Sorry. Gift certificates are not redeemable
for cash or refund. Gift Certificates may only be
